 Amanda Nash is a Licensed Massage Therapist, CDT-Certified Lymphatic Specialist, and founder of ELEV8 Lymphatics. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, her work focuses on lymphatic therapy, surgical recovery, scar and fibrosis management, complex tissue assessment, and the thoughtful integration of technology into lymphatic-led care.

ELEV8 Lymphatics integrates lymphatic assessment, skilled hands-on care, clinical reasoning, and supportive technologies when appropriate. Treatment is guided by the body’s presentation and response rather than a predetermined sequence of techniques.

ELEV8 Lymphatics uses lymphatic assessment, tissue mapping, skilled palpation, clinical observation, and progressive intervention to create individualized treatment pathways.

Care begins with flow and tissue response. Deeper manual work and supportive technologies are introduced only when appropriate.

 A craniosacral-informed lymphatic and fascial assessment process used to identify tissue patterns, congestion, fibrosis, asymmetry, restriction, and structural compensation. 

 Not every client requires measurements or formal outcome tracking. When clinically appropriate, tools such as progress photos, tissue mapping, measurements, and reassessment may be used to identify patterns, monitor change over time, and support treatment progression. 

 ELEV8 Lymphatics provides the foundation for future practitioner education, curriculum development, treatment guidance, and protocol refinement. Training materials continue to evolve through documented clinical observation, treatment patterns, and ongoing development of the ELEV8 framework. 

ELEV8 Recovery Planning is designed for clients who need support beyond a standard studio appointment. Depending on the situation, planning may include pre-surgical preparation, post-operative sequencing, home-care guidance, travel timing, appointment coordination, provider communication, and recommendations for appropriate local follow-up care.

Remote consultation may be available when appropriate, with limited travel-based support considered individually based on location, timing, recovery needs, and coordination required.

The goal is continuity: helping clients move from procedure to recovery with a clearer plan, better sequencing, and fewer gaps in care.

ELEV8 consulting supports facilities that want a more structured, consistent approach to post-operative lymphatic care, tissue management, and recovery sequencing.

Support may include protocol review, recovery-pathway design, treatment sequencing, staff education, documentation systems, device integration, safety and escalation standards, and evaluation of how current lymphatic techniques and technologies are being used.

Selected ELEV8 protocols may also be adapted or licensed for partner facilities, including guidance on therapeutic staging, equipment selection, and integration of Device-Assisted Lymphatic Therapy within an assessment-led framework.

The objective is not to make every facility operate identically. It is to create a repeatable clinical system that improves consistency while preserving appropriate practitioner judgment and individualized care.

ELEV8 Lymphatics continues to evolve through ongoing clinical observation, documented treatment response, practitioner education, and refinement of the framework.

As new patterns emerge, the system is updated to better support lymphatic flow, tissue health, surgical recovery, and individualized care.
