A clinical lymphatic therapist with over 15 years of specialized experience, Amanda is the visionary architect behind the 8eleven system. Her career is defined by a fierce dedication to her clients, researching and creating every protocol from scratch with a meticulous eye to ensure superior results in post-surgical recovery, fibrosis management, and complex tissue staging.

Recognized by her team as a "fearless and amazing leader," Amanda travels the world to bring the most advanced lymphatic insights back to Indianapolis, serving as the foundation for 8eleven’s clinical outcomes. She bridges clinical methodology with restorative bodywork, allowing her to support clients through their most intensive healing phases with precise, results-driven treatment planning.

When she isn’t in the clinic providing oversight for the 8eleven ecosystem, Amanda is a devoted mother who prioritizes time with her daughter and her rescue dog. Whether she is exploring the world or relaxing at her lake home, her focus remains on the pursuit of knowledge and the protection of the "Atmosphere" she has created for her clients and team.

Ava brings six years of dedicated expertise to the 8eleven team, specializing in the intersection of holistic beauty and clinical health care. Her passion for the industry is deeply personal; after navigating her own health challenges, she became driven to help others heal and rediscover their most vibrant selves through intentional, results-based care.

As our Lead Esthetician and Educator, Ava focuses on "lifting and firming" protocols that integrate seamlessly into our lymphatic staging. She is an expert at restoring skin integrity, ensuring that every client's outward glow reflects their internal wellness.

When she isn’t in the treatment room changing skin, you can find Ava hiking, working out, or exploring the mountains of Tennessee. A fan of balance in all things, she also enjoys weekend bourbon tastings and is always ready to get you "hooked" on the visible results of clinical esthetics.

Foundation Care & Therapeutic Support

Lexi is the newest clinical specialist at 8eleven, bringing a fresh, high-energy focus to our foundational health and self-care protocols. As a dedicated Esthetician and Clinical Assistant, Lexi works under the direct supervision of our Lead Esthetics Educator, Ava Johnson, with overarching lymphatic oversight from our Clinical Director, Amanda Nash.

Lexi facilitates our advanced treatments and manages our Tier 1 therapeutic services, specializing in the G8 Lymph Boost. She is an expert at initiating the "internal flow" necessary for long-term tissue transformation. Her role is essential in preparing the body for deeper clinical staging, ensuring every guest achieves a solid foundation for their healing journey.

When she isn't supporting the 8eleven team, Lexi is an avid reader who loves getting lost in a good book, attending live concerts, and enjoying quality time with friends. She is committed to helping every client achieve measurable results through consistent, high-standard care.
